What’s Age Got to Do with It?

Ladies, if you’re ready to lead a vibrant and authentic life, this show is for you! Dr. Phil’s wife, Robin, author of the new book What’s Age Got to Do with It? says it’s never too late — or too early — to take care of yourself.

Aging Gracefully

A triumphant Robin emerges from a life-size replica of her new book What's Age Got to Do with It?, flanked by two tuxedoed gentlemen.

Dr. Phil gestures to Robin's book cover, which features her posing on the number 55. "This is really anti-Hollywood," he says. "That's not the speed limit. You're sitting on your age."

"Yes, I am. I'm 55 years old and very proud of it!" Robin says with a confident smile. "It's never too late to start saying, ‘It's all about me now. I'm going to take care of myself.'"

"I've said up front, that's not a selfish thing to do," Dr. Phil says.

"It's not selfish to put yourself first, because if you don't take care of yourself, who's going to?" Robin asks. "We women don't give ourselves enough credit. We take care of our husbands " gladly " we raise our children, we do our jobs, we do everything, and I think we need to give ourselves a little more credit."
