Quote From: ninjaiYou now, I always have had one question about obesity.
The people who are obese, if you now that you get too heavy.
Why do peple just not stop eating bad thing, or less.
Becose I am just 5kg overweight, and I don't want to become fat, so I stopped eating cookies, chips, soda drinking.
And now I don't like it as much anymore.

I just have this question.

In my country (Netherlands) there are overweight people, but not so much.
The only obese pearson I now is my grandma.
But she has never seen her weight as a problem.
(My grandma is very very nice, but she do is a candy-gandma)
We all have blind spots, and for a lot of people, this is one of them. If people were not taught anything about controlling what they eat or nutrition when they were children, it's very difficult to learn later in life. At one point, survival depended on overeating when food was available so there would be fat to live on in times of famine and people got plenty of exercise just staying alive. Our bodies are still wired that way and in some areas of the world people are working more and more hours and exercising less. Another thing is unhealthy foods are all around us and they are aggressively advertised, too. In restaurants, waitpersons will repeatedly ask fat people if they are sure they don't want dessert, and they'll even bring the dessert tray to the table. Junk food surrounds us.
Think of something you want to change, but have not successfully changed, and the world is not arranged to support your change, and you'll have your answer.
