You are so right. Fondling is not a good terms for this.

I agree.  Fondling is not a good word to use for this.  There is nothing loving about this.

When a grown man or woman forces themselves on a defenseless little child, it is not fondling.  I have no idea how that term came to be used for child sexual abuse, there is no way to "pretty up" child molestation so let's just call it what it is.
